About Crossroads Youth & Adult Services
Crossroads Youth & Adult Services was founded in 2005 by a group of dedicated foster parents in Utah. Their mission was to support other families in learning how to provide safe, nurturing homes for children in DCFS custody. What started as a shared vision to help vulnerable children has grown into a broader commitment to serving youth and adults throughout the community.
In 2021, Crossroads expanded its focus to enhance services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through DSPD. The organization launched its first residential program in Orem, offering adults the opportunity to live in a supportive, home-like setting. These homes empower residents to be more independent, engage in community life, and enjoy an integrated, socially enriching experience.
Building on this success, Crossroads is excited to expand its residential programs across Utah County and the Salt Lake Valley in 2022. In addition to housing, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including employment opportunities, day programs, sports-centered activities, and more.
