⭐ What You’ll Do:

As a Support Staff, you’ll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live empowered, independent lives. You’ll assist with:

   Participating in and planning fun activities

   Budgeting and daily living skills

   Meal prep and grocery shopping

   Exploring new hobbies and experiences

   Mentoring and teaching new skills

  ✔ What We’re Looking For:

   No experience required—we’ll train you!

   Must be at least 18 years old

   Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

   Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
